Shhh…

We’ve been quietly working on something new.  Rooted in Tasmania and shaped by patience, seasonality and place, our first small-batch releases are almost ready to share.

Coming first is our distinctive Tasmanian tapenade and marinated table olives.  

This is the beginning of a broader farm project one that values flavour, restraint and doing things properly, from the ground up.

More details soon. For now, consider this a first taste of what’s to come.
